Members of Tenet’s staff or a Tenet physician associate can login after registration. The Etenet Login is a pretty simple process that you will need to complete every time you want to login in order to access all beneficial e-Tenet services provided to employees, associates and physicians. We have covered the necessary steps you’ll need to follow to login into Etenet portal:
a. Open your favorite web browser on your device and enter secure.etenet.com in the search bar. Click the enter button to load the website
b. Then enter your User ID into the first box and your password into the second box.
c. Provided the information (user id and password) you have provided here is correct, you will be able to login
d. Click on the “login” button to sign in
Etenet Mobile Login
If you want to login using your smartphone (android & ios0 you will be required to provide details that have been requested on the login page. Once the login details are verified by the Etenet system, you will be able to complete the login process. For now there is no eTenet app on google play store or apple store. The best you can use to login is Etenet website. Etenet website is easy to use and highly optimized. Here are the steps to login into Etenet account using your smartphone:
a. Open https://secure.etenet.com/publicsite/default.asp in your web browser
b. Choose the login button and provide your UserID
c. Provide the password for your Etenet online account and press the login button

The Etenet password resetting process is a simple but only takes a few minutes. In order to reset your password you will have to provide the required details. Here are steps to follow in order to change your password:
a. Open https://secure.etenet.com/publicsite/default.asp in your web browser
b. Click on the “Forgot your password?” button
c. If you are a registered eTenet user, Tenet Employed Physicians and Non-Credentialed Physicians then enter your eTenet User ID, Last 4 digits of Social Security, and Date of Birth
d. But if you a Registered Credentialed Physician then enter eTenet User ID and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
e. Click on the button tagged “Next” to reset your password
eTenet New User Registration
Before you start your registration, you have to know that as an employee, you must have received your 9 digit Unique ID which was given to you by the Human Resources Department. But if you do not have this 9 digit Unique ID, then you have to contact Human Resources.
However, if you are a Non-Employees, you will be sent emailed registration instructions sent by tenetsecurity@tenethealth.com. You can search for this email and if you have lost this email, you need to contact the facility IS Director. When you received the registration instruction mail then click the link in the email or go to www.etenet.com
But if you are a Credentialed Physician at etenet, you have click on the “Register Here” link. You can find this link next to “New Credentialed Physician?” option. You will be shown the “eTenet New Credentialed Physician Registration page”. You have to enter the unique ID that was provided in the email and your National Provider Identifier (NPI).
If you fall among Aall other users, you have to click the “Register Here” link next to New User?. You will be shown a eTenet New User Registration page.. Enter the unique ID that was provided in the email, the last four digits of the Social Security Number, and the two-digit month (MM) and day (DD) of the birth date, which must be the same as the ones you provided when requesting access.
Go to the Confirm Identity page and click on “YES” if the information you entered are correct. But if the information you entered are incorrect, click either No or Back; and you will be taken back to the previous page where you can correct the mistakes. However, if you want to begin registration again, click on the “Cancel” button.
Go to the next page and confirm your new eTenet ID and after that choose a password for your account. Note that your password must be at least 8 characters long and it must contain at least one lower case letter, at least one upper case letter, and at least one number. In order to make your password strong, eTenet allows the use of punctuation characters such as “@”, “#”, “$”, “!”and “?”. However, you are not allowed to use first or last name or eTenet ID as part of the password. After selecting your eTenet account password, you have to re-enter the password for validation.
Go to the Multifactor Authentication page. eTenet uses Multifactor Authentication to confirm identity and this helps you when you want to change or reset your password or when you want to unlock your account. eTenet gives you various Multifactor Authentication process, the first is “SMS Authentication”, the second is “Okta”, the third is through “Voice Call Setup” while the last one is “Yubikey Factor Setup”. After following all the eTenet Registration steps, you will be able to access the eTenet login page through the www.etenet.com website.
