b. Go to the “SJP Client login menu” at the top of their website and enter your client id, pin and password
c. Then click on the “login” button to start accessing your client account.
Forgotten Password / Pin / User ID
If you want to recover or reset your pin, password or User ID for the client account, you will need to carry out these changes on their website.
Here are the steps to follow:
Forgot Password
a. Open the SJP Client official site at https://clients.sjp.co.uk/
b. Go to the “SJP Client login menu” at the top of their website and select the option of “Forgot Password”
c. Enter your Client ID and PIN and click on the “submit” button
d. After that, you will be sent a password reset link

c. Enter your Client ID and Password and click on the “submit” button
d. After that, you will be sent a pin reset link
Forgot Pin

b. Go to the “SJP Client login menu” at the top of their website and select the option of “Forgot Client ID”
c. Enter your surname, date of birth and one of your account/plan numbers and click on the “submit” button

SJP Client Account Registration
Signing up for the SJP Client Account shouldn’t be difficult as long as you have an activation code, National Insurance Number or any of your St. James’s Place account numbers. During the SJP Client Account Registration process, you will be asked to provide certain details. Here are the steps to follow:
- If you have an “activation code” then Activate your Online Wealth Account by entering the followings: Activation code Surname, National Insurance Number and Email address
- But if you don’t have a code, then enter your enter the following information about you: Title, Forename, Surname, Date of birth, Postcode/Zip Code, Address, Town,
County, Daytime telephone, Evening telephone, Email address, National Insurance Number or SJP Plan number. After that enter your security information which comprises of Password and PIN
